About NSE
The Naples School of Economics (NSE) is an initiative that brings together the graduate education programs – Masters’ programs, Summer School and Ph.D. program – available at the Department of Economics and Statistics (DISES) of the University of Naples Federico II.
The graduate programs offered by the NSE are taught by an internationally renowned faculty and are widely recognized both for their quality and the excellent placement record of their students.
NSE students benefit from being exposed to a vibrant research environment, being under the same roof with DISES, recognized in 2018 as one of the Italian Centers of Excellence, and the Centre for Economics and Finance (CSEF), which ranks 5th among Italian research institutions in economics and within the top 200 research institutions worldwide according to the IDEAS RePEc service.
In December 2018, DISES and CSEF hosted the first European Job Market for economists, organized jointly with the European Economic Association (EEA), and the Econometric Society Winter Meeting (ESWM).
